- Sturdy, steel construction
- Three instead of only two C-rings at the top of the frame for attaching resistance bands
- Perfect for training the lats, and other back muscles, biceps and even abs when performing hanging leg raises (tip: hang the Flexicon folding bench for support to prevent swinging)
- Powder-coated steel, rubber coating on the grip surfaces
- Exercise options: pull ups/chin ups [assisted/negative/isometric hold/negative], hanging leg raises, dead hangs or L-sits
