- Extensive exercise options: With the Jammer Arms, you can expand your workout programme with classic exercises such as bench press (incline/decline), shoulder press, shrugs or deadlift. (Exercises like bench presses require a weight bench)
- Different grip variants: Choose between the neutral and standard grip for even more variety in your training programme.
- Correct range of motion: Since the jammer arms are attached to your Taurus MS60 Elite Trainer, the movement is guided. This automatically results in an optimal range of motion when performing the exercise.
- Spotting: The spotter arms of the Taurus MS60 Elite Trainer are also suitable for use with the jammer arms. When properly set, you can allow the spotter arms to catch the jammer arms when you're out of strength. This allows you to train safely and concentrate fully on maximum strength.
- Safe and easy handling: The jammer arms are secured with a safety pin that is easy to quickly insert and remove for readjustments.
